Kelsey is the Founder and Creative Director of Kayware Weddings and Events, established in 2009.

While working in Stratford for her family's business, she discovered a need for quality event rentals and began building an inventory of linens and basic decor rentals. She quickly fell in love with the wedding industry and her business became her passion, rapidly growing into a full event design company with a focus on weddings. Years later, Kelsey moved to Haldimand County and once again expanded her business to include not only decor and rentals, but also a full floral studio. Since then, she has grown her team and added a very talented Lead Floral Designer, Hannah, to manage and build the floral side of the business 'The Bloom Studio' while she focuses on maintaining the best inventory of decor and rentals.

Kelsey's attention to detail, dedication to her business and commitment to exceeding expectations has earned her a reputation as one of the most sought-after wedding decorators in the area. Her team of talented decorators and floral designers work together to ensure each wedding is cohesive from a floral and decor standpoint as well as a stress free experience for each couple. Kelsey and her team are not afraid to push limits and try new and unique designs. Their creativity shines through in every aspect of their work, from draperies and lighting to table settings, stunning floral designs and everything in between.
